Responsibilities:

1. Make the customer delivery plan for the next month before the 25th of each month and communicate with customers in time;

2. Participate in the regular production meeting every Friday to understand the production progress, keep communication with customers in time, and ensure customer needs;

3. Summarize the invoiced amount of customers and report it to the sales director before the 20th of each month;

4. Maintain telephone communication with customers 3-4 times a week, and face-to-face communication at least once a week if necessary;

5. Confirm the fund collection with the Finance Department before the 30th of each month;

6. Timely understand customer demand information and take effective public relations measures;

7. Summarize customer complaints monthly and feed them back to each department in time;

8. Develop new customers based on market information;

9. Timely implement customer contract signing;

10. Do a good job of customer account information.
 

Job requirements:

1. More than 2 years working experience in mechanical industry;

2. Have sales professional theoretical knowledge, modern enterprise management knowledge, and be familiar with contract laws, regulations and policies;

3. Have organizational ability, planning ability, communication ability, cost awareness ability, professional dedication and teamwork spirit.
