Responsibilities:

1. Participate in the company's operation and management, and provide financial data for the company's strategic planning;

2. Fully responsible for the daily management of the Finance Department;

3. Formulate financial management system and supervise its implementation;

4. Organize the formulation, decomposition and implementation of financial budget and various financial plans;

5. Formulation and implementation of internal control system;

6. Tax planning;

7. Cost control and management;

8. Organize accounting, report preparation and report analysis;

9. Maintain the relationship with tax, bank and other institutions;

10. Responsible for the selection, training and assessment of the financial talent team.
 

Job requirements:

1. College degree or above, major in finance;

2. More than 5 years of financial work experience in manufacturing industry, and more than 2 years of team management experience;

3. Proficient in using financial software and office software;

4. Familiar with national laws and regulations on finance and taxation;

5. Strong organization, planning, control and coordination ability;

6. Strong executive and communication skills.
